For over 85 years, our companies have been trusted providers of mechanical, electrical, roofing, exteriors, appliance repair, and plumbing (MEP) services. Serving a diverse clientele from individual homeowners to industrial manufacturing facilities, our team members possess the expertise, training, and tools necessary to deliver exceptional service. Deutschmann Lane’s family office investments serve two primary purposes: supporting the geographic expansion of affiliate businesses and making select investments that align with established investment criteria and objectives. In collaboration with affiliated businesses, Deutschmann Lane aims to enhance the family office balance sheet by deploying capital through diverse investments that generate robust cash returns over extended periods.
